Daybook, August 19, 1817-January 31, 1832, of a wagon-making and wheelwright business in Mount Holly, Burlington County, New Jersey. Entries primarily pertain to the manufacture, painting, or repair of wheels, carts, wagons, wheelbarrows, and sleighs, as well as to the sale of lumber and firewood. Other entries relate to the repair of farm implements, stage coaches, and carriages (i.e., gigs and sulkies). Included on the volume's initial leaves are several accounts, in ledger form, which date from 1812 to 1818.
